My SIL brought a few cans of CNY cookies for my kids. It’s their favorite seaweed cookies. I love them too. I’m not doing any baking this year as i still havent bought an oven. My friend recommended the Teka oven. She says it’s one of the best she’s ever used. Well, i just hope i get back a few hours each day to do things that i’ve planned for myself. Wont see that happening till after June this year. Well, i gotta go check out this bariatric surgery site for a friend. She’s wants to know more about bariatic surgery. Anyone here had bariatic surgery before? Is bariatic surgery an effective weight loss method?

It’s the weekend before Chinese New year and i still havent taken the kids out shopping, lol. Too tired to do anything much. Anyway, i’ve been checking out a few of my favorite stores for good deals. Unfortunately, i still dont see any good deal of the day being offered. Everything is still on full price. I’m not bothered as i buy clothing all year round. Just want to get a few red colored tees for my kids. Well, i’m sure the stores will have a huge price slash on the last two days. Will check them out again next Friday, lol.

Tile Flooring For Kitchen

I went to my girlfriend’s house last week. She made a really good decision by having tile flooring installed to her wet kitchen. Before that, her husband suggested mosaic. I told her we have mosaic installed at our kitchen and it’s very difficult to get grime out when cleaning the floor. I wish my MIL had tile flooring installed last time when she renovated the kitchen. Well, i’d better not suggest it to her lest she asks me to pay for it, lol. I’ll continue to wear clogs wheni step foot into the kitchen, haha. Well, if you are going to renovate your kitchen, do consider having tile flooring for it. You wont regret it, ok. .

I’ll be out of the house in another half and hour’s time and wont be back till at least 7pm. I seldom get time to sit down, do keyword research and start new niche blogs. I wanted to setup a few blogs for credit cards, treatment for eczema, teeth whitening, etc for long term residual income. Looks like my project is shelved till at least April. The few Ks my blogs bring me now cannot do much these days. Abuthen, i’m nt complaining as i dont need to lift a finger now and yet, see some money rolling in on a monthly basis. My only wish now is that GoogleGod loves my existing blogs a lot and sends me 100k unique hits each day, lol. Not too much to ask for what, right :p

I dare not open my credit card statement now. I have every reason to belief i’ll faint when i see it, lol. Each bill now has a nice round 4 figure attached to it. Damn, how to pay, utelmi. Looks like i’ll have to perform a balance transfer on a few bills now. Let’s see what the banks have to offer. If it’s worth it, i’ll transfer some to them. If not…. then mai pay in full lorrrr….. Arrrggghhh…. dont want to think of it now. Deal with it when i’m back home. Getting a headache. I go check out this eczema treatment better.

Looking For A Cheap Cell Phone

I’ve had my Nokia N82 for more than a year and it’s one of the best camera phone i’ve had. I have many blogs that needs to be updated and with a camera phone, my work gets done more quickly. I just snap a nice pic, email it to my blog with a few lines of description, and i’m done. All my blogs have individual Flickr accounts. Though a free Flickr account has it’s limits, i can always set up another new one once i’ve run out of space and hook my blog up to it.

I hope my Nokia N82 wont die on me so fast. If it does, i’ll go get myself the N86, lol. It comes with a wide angle lens which i like. The N86 is an 8mp camera phone. So, if you intend to take full res pics and upload it to your blog, make sure you have a unlimited data plan as it can be very costly. But if you dont have it, you can always upload it using the phone’s built-in wifi. Much faster compared to 3g. Free too, lol. It’s the beginning of the year and i can see lots of places have cheap cell phone on sale. If you are planning to get a cheap cell phone, check out the link i left here in this post. Honda Jazz Or Honda City

I kinda like my new routine very much. At least i get some time to myself in the afternoons to get things done. I can use the few hours to work on new blogs, keyword research and such. I was feeling so down for the past few months. The long school holidays left me with no time at all to even update my existing blogs. My income dived down to a level that made me depressed just thinking about it. I planned to buy myself a new car this year. How to when my income is so low. I hope to see an increase starting this month. My traffic is on an upward trend.

Now, the car i want to buy need not be a big capacity one. The most important thing is it has to be very fuel-efficient. My friend is driving a honda accord and she told me it’s a real gas guzzler. Of course it is. It’s 2.4l car, lol. Me, i love honda cars too as it has a good resale value. I wont have problem selling it off or trading it in for a another model a few year later. I still cant decide whether to buy an mpv like the honda stream or honda crv. In a way i kinda like the honda jazz. The honda city is also not too bad. What say you? Which honda car do you prefer?
